Having previously consulted for Heydiner to help them deliver a smoother and more succinct customer and user experience, I was then approached by the start-up to design a new mobile first, responsive user interface for their consumer facing eCommerce website.
The new design used both qualitative and quantitive research methods, focusing on analytics, event metrics, funnel conversions and customer feedback to improve the experience across the application.
